COOLWALL® heat-reflective exterior systems are considered for eligible substrates, products and colors. We review the property and the manufacturer's requirements before recommending a system. Energy savings or a universal temperature reduction are not promised for an unassessed building.
Follow the complete preparation specification.
Cleaning, repairs, compatible primers, application method and required film build belong in the proposed scope. Exterior movement and water-entry problems still need attention. The coating's name does not replace the work required beneath it.
